TOWN BOARD MEETING
Town Hall August 4, 2015
Present: 14 7:00 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bruce Peterson. Present Chairman
Bruce Peterson, Supervisors Ken Lefeber and Steve Koenigs.
The agenda was posted at the three posting places at the town hall, fire house, and
National Exchange Bank. Motion Lefeber, seconded Koenigs to approve the agenda as
posted. Motion carried.
Motion Koenigs, seconded Lefeber to approve the minutes of the July 7, 2015 town board
meeting as read. Motion carried.
Motion Lefeber, seconded Peterson to approve the treasurer’s report as read.
Motion Lefeber, seconded Koenigs to approve all invoices as presented in the amount of
$18858.89. Motion carried.
There has been a request for speed signs on Artesia Beach Road from Lakeshore Drive to Lake Winnebago. There has also been concern for a speed sign on St. Paul Road when the Food Pantry is open. There was no vote taken on the Artesia Beach speed limit. It was suggested that for the days the food pantry is open to get folding portable signs to indicate the pantry is
open and to slow down.
Motion Koenigs, seconded Peterson to have Ken Lefeber monitor and make decisions on repairs of less than $500 and the limit for Don’s credit card is $500 per month. Motion carried.
Motion Lefeber, seconded Koenigs to purchase a portable printer for the treasurer.
The road bid from Fond du Lac County for the portion of Kiel Road between Wilmer Mueller and Mike Mand for 1,050 feet was in the amount of $8,064.00. No decision was made as more road areas have become in need of repair and proposals are being requested.
The next town board meeting will be on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at 7:00 PM.
Motion Lefeber, seconded Koenigs to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
