December 21, 2017 Plan Commission Hearing


The Town of Calumet Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at
7:00 PM at the town hall located at W2104 Hwy HH, Malone, to consider the following:

East Shore Farms, LLC (Joseph Ziegler) Winnebago Heights Road, Malone, WI requests a conditional use
on Parcel TO5-17-18-34-07-007-00 to allow for the creation of a two acre lot in the Farmland
Preservation District. This request is to maintain the current zoning but allow for one (1) dwelling
residence. The parcel abuts mostly backlots in the Winnebago Heights Lake Association. The
parcel is nonagricultural in its current use, non-tillable, and consists of scrub trees of elm and
boxelder along with some pines backing up to the backlots on Winnebago Heights Road.

KD Property Holdings LLC, N9850 Dorn Road, New Holstein, WI requests a conditional use on
Parcel TO5-17-19-36-13-004-00 and TO5-17-19-36-13-003-00 to allow for adding land to existing
house. Take 3 acres out of parcel T05-17-19-36-13-004-00 and add 3 acres to parcel
T05-17-19-36-13-003-00 to add land.

All interested parties will be heard.
The Town Board may be in attendance with no business.
