TOWN OF CALUMET
VARIANCE BOARD OF APPEALS
The Town of Calumet Variance Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
June 20, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the town hall at W2104 Hwy HH, Malone to consider the following:
Linda L. Struye, N9362 Elm Beach Rd, Fond du Lac, WI (property located at N9438 Hwy 151, Malone) requests a variance on parcels TO5-16-18-03-10-006-00, TO5-16-18-04-13-001-00, and TO5-16-18-03-10-003-00 to allow the creation of a 25.9 acre lot in EA6 zoning district.
(Sec 8.41.1 minimum lot size is 35 acres) The creation of this lot is to separate the “Little
Farmer” lands from the remaining Struye lands for legal purposes. This lot will conform once the new ordinance is in effect.
All interested parties will be heard.
Members of the Town of Calumet Town Board may be in attendance.
