The Town of Calumet Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 7:00
PM at the town hall located at W2104 Hwy HH, Malone to consider the following:

1. Rita Davis Estate – Christine Davis (Thiel Real Estate) requests a conditional use permit under
Farmland Preservation for 3.80 acres. Address is N9849 County Rd. G, New Holstein, WI and
Parcel No. is TO5-17-19-35-10-001-00

2. Dan Matznick, N10251 County G, New Holstein, WI requests a zone change from B(business) on
Parcel No. TO5-17-19-27-01-005-00 located at N10050 County G, New Holstein, WI on .73 acres
to Rural on Parcel No. TO5-17-19-27-01-006-00 located at N10498 County G, New Holstein, WI
on .610 acres. Would like to combine both parcels in order to sell the house and lot
together to settle the estate.

All interested parties will be heard
The Town Board may e in attendance with no business.
